Immersions are contextual deep-dives to catalyse leadership, strategy, and knowledge development.
These are emergent experiences. I bring frameworks, knowledge, provocation and facilitatory wit—but the ideas and insight come from those in the room with us.
This is different to the usual approach of “starting with the end in mind”, wherein we manufacture the theatre required to bring people to a predetermined (and predictable) outcome.
